There was lots of talk and rumblings prior to the Triumph Rocket III being launched in 2004, John Galleymore was amongst those to pre place an order. During 2004 John setup a Yahoo group for pioneer riders of the mighty rocket, this formed the basis of the Rocket III Owners club UK as it is now.

In 2005 we moved the Yahoo group to a Forum which was setup for us by Tony lang one of our founding members, at this time we shut down the yahoo group in favour of the forum which is still running strong and can be accessed from our front page.

The very first Rocket run was Rocket Towers where about 10 of us met up, it was the first of many Rocket runs and many more to come.

We have had Runs to Devon, The Midlands, The North, The Lakes, The South, The East & More, Far to many to list here in detail, all attended by our members, members friends and families.

The club was started with one main rule, you must own a Triumph Rocket III or have one on order with a dealer, after all we are an OWNERS CLUB :-) yes I know we now have forum rules etc but as with any growing club it has to be.

We now have a voted by the members Committee with the country divided into member regions, we also have annual Rocket Runs up and down the country, have a look at the events list.

The First Rocket run saw about 6 R3's the 2009 Main Rocket Run party saw approx 50+ R3's

The club is well structured with a friendly bunch of members from varied walks of life, we have no attitudes and just love to share info and stories about the reason why we are here TRIUMPH ROCKET III's
