DATE FOR YOU DIARY August Bank Holiday The Vagrants is ideally situated about 4 miles from junction 16 on the M6 in the rural setting of Cheshire, with plenty of bed and breakfasts and travel lodges in the area for those who do not wish to camp FACILITIES Ample camping space Full amenities on site 24 hours, includes ladies washroom/toilets with 6 individual shower cubicles, gents washroom/toilets with shower Large function room with dance floor and bar OUTLINE PLAN Camping available Friday, Saturday and Sunday night With Exclusive use of the function room on the Friday and Saturday Night Food will be provided Friday and Saturday night, breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday & Monday morning, this will include a barbeque on the Sunday evening for those who wish to take full advantage of the bank holiday A Disco and/or Band for the Saturday evening There will be two fully structured club organised runs, destinations to be confirmed at a later date Ticket price of £10 per person for club members which will include a event T shirt and run badge. None members and guests will be charged £20 per person and this will include a run badge Day Visitors £10 per person and this will include a run badge Club members day visitor £5 inc run badge So that we make sure we cater for everyone attending full payment will be required in advance and this will be non refundable More details to follow, but I can promise you that no one will come away from this event disappointed, the committee intends to make this a fun filled bank holiday |
